This series is Kevin Hart's first truly dramatic role, and we were challenged to create teaser art that was a clear indication of this. In addition, the goal was to hint at the tension between Kevin's character Kid, and Kid's brother Carlton, played by Wesley Snipes.

We used dark tones and a moody color palette to convey the psychological thriller aspect of this limited series. The fog and extensive negative space reinforces the tension that the image conveys.

The poster created a lot of buzz when posted on Kevin Hart's social media, and it was used extensively to tease the premiere of the series. When the series debuted on Thanksgiving day, it became the most watched series on Netflix for several weeks.
