We were prompted to choose different objects from a "grab bag" and then design a package based around the objects.

After being assigned to create packaging for seven spools of colorful twine, I researched how normal twine was packaged. I realized it was sold in plain, boring packages and I wanted to make my package stand out. Considering the shape of the playful, colorful xylophone, the number of vibrant colorful twine spools were used creatively to mimic the instrument.

The windows showing the vibrant spools gets smaller as you look to the right mimicking the different key lengths of a xylophone. The twine colors follow the same order as a xylophone, and the knitting needles are like mallets. XyloTwine is the playful twine for the creative person!
