The Càtedra de Drets Lingüístics (Chair of Linguistic Rights) aims to build a reference space for linguistic rights and multilingualism, establishing links between the academic, institutional and social spheres.
The logo of this public institution is built from geometric shapes and without artifices, the result of bringing the letters C and D closer in a symmetrical intersection, which implies the equal sign.

The final image is an imagotype formed by the symbol of geometric shapes and the words Chair of Linguistic Rights, in such a way that the icon can work separately. The icon rotated 45 degrees to the left expresses the concept of conversation or dialogue inherent in the use of the language.
The formal versatility of the icon allows the development of a graphic ecosystem that brings a dose of modernity and freshness to the solemn and informative tone of an institutional brand.

All the corporate elements maintain a formal unity that defines the tone of the brand both in the use of color, (a set of combinations of blue and magenta mainly and yellow as an integrating element) and the selection of a monospaced IBM Plex Mono Bold font from high legibility or the combination between lines of different thickness.
In short, an orderly and harmonious diversity is generated in connection with the egalitarian coexistence of the different languages, which is the discursive axis of the brand.
