In conjunction with the excitement created by the Discovery Channel’s famous Shark Week television series, the Florida Aquarium decided to host their very own Shark Week event. They wanted us to create an ad that would literally get hearts pounding and convey just how exciting their Shark Week would be. Especially when you experience it live and in person.
So we showed the image of a traditional heart EKG graph with a big spike in the middle that formed a shark fin and stressed how it would be even more exciting to experience the action for real at the Florida Aquarium.
The ad was well liked by the client since they thought the unique visual created a lot of excitement and anticipation for the event. Additionally, it must have made an impression on consumers, too, since attendance dramatically increased during this special week.
