Due to covid, local businesses have a hard time interacting with customers. Since people prefer to order at home these days, more people use websites or apps than before covid. To enhance their interaction, we chose to develop a website for them. My chosen business is Ukrop’s Homestyle Foods, a food company based in Virginia. Redesigned responsive website for Ukrop’s is to increase the number of customers using the website to order the products.

The problem with the current website is that when users click the button, it leads to a different webpage to order. To keep it simple and direct, I kept everything on a website, not leading to other pdf or websites.

As a solution and result, I simplified the order system and provided a design system. The website is interactive and responsive to all kinds of devices. With user interviews, I could find that the order system got simple, easy to follow.
