The assignment was to create an album cover that would also be a poster for the band Mount Deed. A hard rock band.
Approach
The objective was to create artwork that both pushes and pulls the viewer. Riding the line between light and dark in terms of subject matter, the result is an image that leaves you feeling calm but also cautious.
Results
The results were successful across the board. For social media the click-throughs were great. It drew an audience to both buy the album as well as go to Spotify to listen to the music.
