To connect with our audience of Gen Zers – without filters – we rebranded our event the Fail Forum. And revealed the humbling bumps and bruises we incur every day on our way to victory.
The Fail Forum was a success, as students from six regional universities learned how setbacks can propel us forward, and the agency’s internal culture was bolstered through storytelling.
