As a design firm, we're always pushing ourselves to develop the best creative work we possibly can. For this reason, we push ourselves with friendly and spirited internal creative competitions. We used a poster to garner excitement and inspire employees to participate in the latest competition.

The poster invites employees to "Fight with Imagination." What better way to do that than with unicorns and bunnies using their killer imaginations. The creative battle is nothing when you have x-ray rainbow vision.

The poster broke through the clutter in our offices around the globe, and got our employees excited to submit and participate in the competition. Participation increased and the poster served as an excellent reminder of the powerful creativity that lies within each one of us! Keep on fighting the good fight!
