Baird & Warner, the Chicago area’s oldest and largest realtor group, work with Simple Truth to activate their brand proposition— that they make the real estate shopping experience easier. We gave “easier” a strategic underpinning with a differentiated value proposition based on one-stop shopping – residential sales, mortgage and title services, all lead by your Baird & Warner agent– then developed an awareness campaign targeting home buyers and sellers.
The concept of this campaign was based on the insight that the purpose of home is expanding — a shift amplified by but not limited to the pandemic. It’s where personalities are showcased and memories are made. Where children get bigger and families come together. And so much more. Through video, OOH, print, digital and social, our Home+ concept connects all the things that goes into a home with all the extra services you get with Baird & Warner.
The campaign is currently running. Since launch in March, 2021, it has had the highest agent adoption rate (number of Baird & Warner agents using the campaign material) of any campaign. Media results are also tracking to be their most successful campaign, with click-through-rates (CTRs) at up to 1.5x benchmarks and up to 82% video-completion-rates (VCR).
