"Burning Man" is a week long "retreat" where people from every and any background, history, age, and profession can come to meet like-minded creative individuals and break away from their normal routine. At Burning Man it's okay to go against the norm, to be unique, to be naked, to be different, to dance awkwardly, to dress abnormally, to be weird, and to be strange.
