This project was done for a screen printing class. The objective was to visually portray a conference. My client was the Piano Technicians Guild. My goal was to not only usually portrayed the conference, but to give insight into what the technicians deal with on a regular basis.

The challenge to this process was giving it the correct mode of the instrument without leaning too heavily on the Jazz and New Orleans vibe that this instrument is associated with. To solve the problem, I delved into the instrument and brought out the innards to display. These are what the technicians are familiar with, and what they would appreciate in a poster or piece of art.

To use any more than three colors on a screen print is difficult, but the seven color execution was perfect for what the client would want.
