This project's objective was to design a relevant and conceptual title sequence for a film through the usage of powerful imagery and storytelling.
After researching the political events that led up to to the publishing of the Pentagon Papers, I determined that highlighting the route in which news travels from the government to the public would be an important perspective to illustrate. Using free source imagery, I created a storyline that follows the heated rise and fall that led to the leaking of the Pentagon Papers by the Washington Post.
This project finds its success through its historical and political context. By using imagery that physically highlights government officials and images of the ongoing Vietnam War, this composition illustrates the years of lies and corruption that were leaked to the public during the 1970's.
