‘Creative Champions’ is an internal yearly competition where employees around the globe compete for the ‘golden glove’, which awards strategic and creative impact. It makes teams push creative boundaries with clients, and turn good into great. The poster for entries had to be evocative, inspiring, and get competitive blood pumping.
The hearts and minds of consumers are our target, the golden glove is the shining beacon. Previous creative champions to be surpassed are incorporated as motifs, e.g. ship from Old Spice, dragon from Wait.
The elements and design of the poster evoke an irresistible desire to embark on a creative quest, push further, and be the next Creative Champion.
