Remember that when you were tired in your youth, there was always the father’s back that you could lean on. Until you become a father and lead your son to stand up and move forward for the first time, you would always have the father’s appearance in my mind.
There is a love called companion, there is a spirit called heritage of wisdom. They teach us to walk on the right path in life, the tree’s growth ring tells us when the time goes by, when you see first step of a child’s life, just like when you see the tree’s growth ring, you know there will be bigger and firmer footprints accompanying the child...
The child will walk faster and faster, and go further and further away when the growth rings are becoming wider and wider, and the child will become stronger and unswerving when the father’s footprints will slowly move away... And in the end, the child will also be the one, whose footprints will accompany another small footprints the same way that a father did for his or her youth; the growth rings of life will be born and passed on from generation to generation!
This poster also commemorates the days my son and I spent together at the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital, which is the protection and rebirth of life!
