The goal of this project was to create a letterform logo design, by combining an object and a letter, for EZ Grill, an EZ’s-inspired restaurant.
Approach
My approach was to morph the letters “e” and “z” into a burger. Each part of the two letters was colored differently to represent different ingredients in a burger. The colors are inspired by EZ’s.
Results
This logo is successful because it implies the nature of the establishment (a restaurant), and it is simple while being playful, eye-catching, and recognizable.
