Launch the new employee program for Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, Outer Space, and encourage all employees to explore the neighborhood with curiosity and imagination.
Approach
Going beyond a simple announcement, we gave SSW employees an adult coloring book with illustrations of landmarks of the neighborhood around Park Avenue South in New York City. Complete with colored pencils, the book invited people to not only explore their surroundings but also stimulate their imaginations.
Results
Local Color engaged employees and created a successful launch of Outer Space by propelling participation in the ongoing activities and outings beyond initial projections by 25%.
