The goal of this project was to develop a logo for Seido a fish processing company by using the morphological approach of combining two images.
Fish processing involves gutting, filleting, and packaging of the product. The pictorial mark includes a fish skeleton that hints at what the company does, and fits nicely into the usual slot of a razor blade. The razor blade reflects the precision in which the company processes fish. The typography is strong in order to give the company credibility.
The trademark is simple, yet bold which successfully matches Seido’s precision of processing fish and the integrity of the company’s practice.
