Clifford Chance are a Magic Circle law firm headquartered in London, England with offices in 26 countries, employing over 3000 lawyers globally.
In response to the proliferation of technology across their business, they required a campaign to raise staff’s awareness towards cyber security. The campaign would encourage a shift in behaviour and increased consciousness when using their digital devices both in and outside of work.
We created a response that utilises the colloquial language of emailing and text messaging to create a relatable dialogue between the user and the firm. Each message explains a seemingly innocent situation using technology, only to reveal the hidden dangers within the story by using one the brand’s visual assets - blurred typography.
Each cautionary tale was designed to resemble the format of a smartphone, with vivid gradient backdrops and tall format posters reminiscent of mobile phone dimensions.
The campaign has been distributed through various channels throughout Clifford Chance including print and digital formats.
