Our strategy identified that the Collins Wharf residential towers would compete with similar CBD-based developments, therefore the campaign had to own a unique point of difference. The luxury on-site amenity was leveraged to position the precinct as a compelling living alternative to the city, and the identity aligns with luxury brands to attract and resonate with the target market.
No 1 Collins Wharf was 85% sold within the first month of its release to the Australian market.
