As the future is increasingly freelance, the brief was to develop a stand-alone brand with a distinctive name and visual identity, bridging the very different needs of freelancers and their clients.
Our brand idea ‘Welcome to the new collective’ forms the basis for a standout identity that feels truly empowering, supportive and connected. A contraction of ‘Your Own Boss’ that also suggests a fist-pumping, celebratory ‘YES!’, the name YOSS also establishes the distinctive ‘Y’ of the logo. From positioning and naming to launch at the HR Tech World Summit in Paris, we did it all in an incredible 3 weeks.
