Catherine Violet Hubbard was 6 years old when passed away during the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School. She will be remembered for her passion of animals and constant smile. A foundation and an animal sanctuary was started in her memory and we offered our services to help with a website and additional creative to support the foundation.
Approach
We considered Catherine's love of all animals and things as we incorporated the CVH logo and silhouetted animal images into one bold and powerful image of a butterfly set on her favorite color (purple). The headline "Be kind like Catherine"is a statement about her love of animals and nature, and forever leaves an imprint on how to live life.
Results
The CVH and the agency see this ad in an overwhelming positive light. It brings awareness and is used in support of events given by the foundation. It also has been awarded for it's creativity and design.
