Out of principal, and to attract the top up and coming creative talent, Zulu Alpha Kilo decided to offer real paid jobs instead of unpaid internships.
Approach
We promoted the “$40K a year Employeeship” on campuses, and social media through posters, and social posts. The creative took on a lo-fi student book feel, and the insight was that an ad job can be stressful, but getting paid for it makes it better.
Results
Applicants applied from countries around the world. 12 were invited to a paid 6-hour interview boot camp. 5 were hired on full-time.
