Create a set of collaterals (program, menu, and sponsorship form) that shows the elegance of a black tie affair. Client stated the materials—especially the program—should have the look and feel of a keep sake.

The main recipient produces large scale sculpture. The typography reflects his style with large letters »GALA«. The scale of the folios in the program are the scale of a person viewing the tall Sam Houston statue in Huntsville Texas, USA.

The design and layout were all inspired by the large scale sculpture created by David Adicks, the honored recipient. Collateral were printed on metallic paper and digitally printed. The inks’ opacity merged with the paper to mimic silver and gold ink printing. The programs were hand-stitched with gold thread. The collaterals were met with admiration and praise, »The programs looked great.« »When I picked [the program] up, I immediately knew it was special.« »I loved how all the materials come together on the tables.«
