This cookbook, A Place at the Table, just released by Prestel Publishing and the Vilcek Foundation, features stories and recipes from forty such award-winning chefs including Marcus Samuelsson, Nite Yun, Fabián von Hauske Valtierra, Dominique Crenn, Daniela Soto-Innes, and many more. Our design and art direction highlights the diversity show cased by the chefs and their food. Together they exemplify a fact: that immigrants are good for our kitchens—and our country.
