This image is for the studio, color portrait category for my BFA Photography portfolio.
Approach
I positioned and posed the subject for a strong symmetrical composition and added an effects light for each side of the model for drama and separation. I photographed a swimming pool separately and dropped it in as the background.
Results
Very successful in terms of a high grade and accepted as part of my graduating portfolio.
