I wanted to create a magazine that was a contemporary interpretation of the word feminine. So often feminine is associated with the “frilly” or “delicate”. The redesign was aimed at celebrating the strength, beauty, and power that women have. The mast head alludes to this by extending around the spine of the magazine, referencing the progressive nature of the magazine.
