Summer road trip along the New South Wales North Coast.

The image was shot in Byron Bay, which is a classic beach holiday town in Australia. I wanted to convey a feeling of being somewhere warm and tropical but with a vintage holiday / road trip to it.

This image has a lovely timeless romance to it. The unmistakable shadow of the palm tree and the other tropical flora give a relaxed tropical vibe to the image. The vintage Landcruiser is the perfect conduit to get you to this place. The crop on the car and the palm tree all lead to a perfectly balanced composition.
