To create this trademark I took a conceptual approach, combining the image of a Italian scooter and the nib of a fountain pen. The colors were chosen from referencing photographs of paint and trim colors of vintage Italian scooters. The typefaces were chosen to compliment the geometric forms and the subtle vintage character of the trademark. The resulting trademark represents the same characteristics that scooter advocates look for in a perfect scooter. It is both sophisticated and stylish while still being playful and fun.
