The design process for this brandmark began with research and understanding what values and goals the bakery held close to them. This meant pinpointing what made them the "only" in the baking business and reflecting that through my visual approach. Blazed Pastries values quality in their products and stays true to this by sourcing their own organic grains, milling their own flour and baking all of their goods in a brick oven. They pride themselves in being authentic and wholesome and take on this artistry approach throughout their bakery. After brainstorming my visual elements, I wanted to implement this organic feel into my brandmark by using the linoleum cut technique. By doing so, I felt that I got closer to this artistry they have for their products.
