First, we performed an audit of the digital materials, specifically the website. We scrubbed the entire site and copied all of the material into a shared document. We then took the information and wrote down all the headers and subheaders onto note cards in order to reorganize the Information Architecture. In this time, we also pinpointed the brand identity and personas that would be interested. From here, we began sketching low-fidelities. Once these were sketched, we started elevating the fidelities using Figma. Different roles were attributed throughout the team, which included duties such as copywriting, prototyping, logo design, general UI design, documentation, and user testing.
