Each year, AAF Omaha hosts a miniature golf contest to raise funds for the organization. This is typically promoted through social media, email and word of mouth. The goal is to gain as much attendance from the advertising and design community as possible.
The AAF Open was held at an outdoor mini golf facility themed with the pacific northwest style, hence the playful giant lumberjack concept who towers over a mini golf hole winding through a tree.
The event had the highest attendance for the event on record.
