The jerseys for the Breakaway event needed to appeal to the wide range of people who would be riding in the event but most importantly to cyclists who would wear the jersey again and again, further promoting the Breakaway event.
Approach
As ride leaders would be at the front of the group, the back of their jerseys had bold stripes and a different color shield so they were easily identified.
