While reflecting on how to thank our awesome community of clients, friends, and collaborators during the holiday season, we decided to invite them to join forces and help us spread some holiday joy. Specifically, we sent our clients and friends pre-stamped postcards addressed to a hospice client of ours. We asked them to add their own words of comfort and send the cards on to patients at the hospice.
We used type to reference the traditions of different holidays. The semi-gothic type on the postcard is stretched to be reminiscent of a menorah, while the holographic foil and rounded shape call to mind a Christmas tree ornament. The red stretched type on the envelope is similar to peppermint candy striping making the envelope feel friendly and fun to open.
We sent cards to clients and friends around the globe and the hospice received heartwarming messages from over 100 people not only in the US, but around the world.
