Villa Egerton is an original Belle Époque property on the French Riviera. After a six year, multi-million euro restoration, we were asked to design and produce a luxury bespoke book to promote the villa.

This book was produced through a combination of unique design, extensive research, interesting copy, a precise layout and carefully chosen imagery. A three-day photoshoot was arranged to create the specific interior, exterior and lifestyle images required. We designed the book to give a true reflection of the luxury villa while at the same time convey what it would be like to stay there.

The book was presented in a bespoke box to potential and past rental clients of the villa. The book has had a positive impact on rentals and has received very impressive feedback.
