Ledges Sand & Gravel is a newly developed sand and gravel supplier in Grand Ledge, MI. They approached us with the challenge of creating an identity that would convey the nature of their products and services clearly, as well as help to set them apart from other sand and gravel suppliers in the Mid-Michigan area.

Our goal was to develop a simple yet strong logo incorporating a conveyor belt symbol, since it is such a recognizable aspect of the industry. The final solution is a badge-style logo with a clean, modern aesthetic. The badge is held together with bold typography, and a simplified combination of a conveyor belt and two aggregate piles.

The client was very pleased with the end result, and we found the project to be a creative success.
