To sign more than 400 years of history of Quinta do Crasto, an emblematic estate from Douro with wines recognized worldwide, Omdesign created and produced “Quinta do Crasto – A story that began a long time ago (1615-2018)” book.

This Gaspar Martins Pereira’s literary work aims to perpetuate, in about 250 pages, the history and legacy of this unique Douro estate. It is a tribute to their founder, Constantino de Almeida, who always defended the motto “Honore et Labore” (honour and work) and to all those that, since 1615, invested in cultivating the vineyards and creating remarkable authentic wines.

To Omdesign, the challenge was to create a differentiating book, able to perpetuate more than 4 centuries of Quinta do Crasto’s history and to mirror their identity and values. The cover has a special cutting and it was selected a fine paper that, together with the distinctive finishes used, as stamping and varnishes, vest this book with a unique character.
