Approach: to portray the food we eat in a different light that makes us really think about what we put into our bodies. A lobster is an expensive delicacy that looks like some sort of venomous sea scorpion; yet if you ask the average person if the've ever eaten insects you'd probably trigger an instant gag-reflex. Here I'm trying to give the lobster life and personality, as if he's an old bar buddy waving to you from the smoke-pit.
I rigged this guy up with some tie wire to mold him into position and then stuck a cig in his claw and lit it.
I concluded the project by boiling him in water for 18 minutes and serving with garlic butter
