The Fynn is located just outside of Downtown Chicago, with a rail stop one block away. It's in a sophisticated area, with a nice 3 block retail area. Our goal was to communicate these benefits in a boutique hospitality way--everything is at your fingertips.
Approach
We used a clean, uncluttered design to communicate the ease of living here. Sophisticated touches like gold metallic ink and embossing were used to show a refined, elegant interior. The modern logo featured a hand crafted script that harkened back to the glory days of luxury and service.
Results
"We did begin pre leasing in March and leased 19 apartments prior to The Fynn opening. We stabilized (91%) occupied on January 31st and to date have netted 206 leases. We are currently 94.34% occupied and 95.28% leased. We do not have any renewal activity yet, as our first leases do not expire until 4/30."
