The goal was to create key art that showcased elements of the Star Trek franchise in a fresh way, while also integrating IMAX into the art in a way that spoke to the heightened thrill of the IMAX experience.
Approach
We used the recognizable and iconic Enterprise to draw your attention to the center of the poster where a huge IMAX logo appears like a monolith.
Results
We believe the ship speeding up to the massive logo and then accelerating straight up successfully captures the feeling of the title Star Trek Beyond while promising the intensified action that IMAX delivers.
