Level was asked to develop a brand identity for a luxury, multi-unit residence in Brooklyn, NY across multiple media platforms.
The branding for 341 Sackett was informed by the building’s architecture — the logotype reflects the building number, while the overlapping wave pattern in custom metal railing inspired the typographic ligatures.
We created a pre-development marketing suite, including a fully functional property website, and a brochure for each of the three residences, prior to the properties completion. Conveyed as a multi-unit residence, 341sackett.com showcases each condo through vivid full-screen and aerial photography, 3-D virtual walkthroughs, and neighborhood profiles including custom maps, unit details, listing information, availabilities, pricing, and social media sharing and outreach.
These materials gave the properties a head start in the marketplace — allowing for early promotion, and enabling realtors to direct potential buyers to an online destination and not just a standard boilerplate listing.
