Beyonder: Science of the six, is more than a rule book for a role playing game.It takes players into a world called Tamarra with illustrated pages of characters and maps. We were asked to design a book that would stand out, get noticed and compete with other role playing games.
Approach
The front cover design took the Beyonder logo icon which normally appears small inside the Beyonder "O" and enlarges it to cover size. This shape gives a strength to the cover and I a new meaning to the icon.
