Shyp, a fast growing shipping service based in SF, was caught in the world of start-up noise, while trying to innovate a very essential, traditional service.
Shyp had not yet formed it's voice. It had a great idea and an effective product, but the brand did not stand on it's own, or express the personality of the organization.
Collins was hired to inject new character into the brand and to create Shyp's first marketing campaign, to exist in NYC in OOH, Social and Video over the 2015 holidays.
Shipping has been about trucks, logistics and infrastructure. Shyp, on the other hand, is about people and allowing those people to send things to other great people simply and effectively. Our models were characters with personalities, holding strange objects that implied a larger story. The 'We'll Take it From Here' headline was created to tell the viewer that Shyp can go to all these strange places and you can trust them with whatever odd curiosity you need send.
The OOH holiday marketing campaign launched in November 2015 as a series of six distinctive moments. Shyp saw a 3x up tick in awareness in NYC over this time.
