Describe project & goals: The project's goal was to rebrand the existing identity of Farm Burger, a thirteen-location restaurant chain across four states in the mid-south. The logo update led to a symbol matching the founder's mission to provide a sustainable, local, organic, humane food system.
Creative process & solution The process began with traditional pencil thumbnail sketches that ultimately revealed a preferred visual solution. The cow and burger force-connected imagery evolved into a forced-connected symbol communicating the company's mission.
Project success: The logo met all instructional goals and was later applied to various branding and promotional materials for a phase two assignment that demonstrated an expansion strategy for the chain.
