Interbrand sought to create a student recruitment campaign that would bring elite university talent to Interbrand’s Cincinnati office. This campaign needed to engage that students in a unique and compelling way.

Through social media- and a little help from professors- unsuspecting design students blindly submitted images of what they find inspirational. The invitation to interview was an original video that sought to capture the pivotal parts of a Design graduate’s life, and the self-reflection that got them there. This video incorporated their inspirational images into this message. Delivered in a wooden box and accompanied by creatively-messaged pencils and a book featuring their images, each book cover featured a different image and piece of typography meant to reflect every artist’s unique point of view.
