Love, hate, deception. None of these can be accomplished without passion. Trompé, French for deception, tells the story of a relationship that is symbolized as a snake, the original sign for both good and evil.
Approach
Bits of the snake can be found throughout the letters. The "t" embodies the front-on fangs of a snake, The cross over on the "M" is a snakes head, the "e" is a side view of the snakes mouth. The proportions of the letters also allude the the creepy feel.
