OBH Nordica is a Scandinavian company with its origin in Sweden and Denmark. The company finds and develops innovative products with stylish Nordic design, which has become one of its prime characteristics. As a part of this long-term strategy FCB Faltman & Malmén was given the assignment to create the launch for the new Hero Blender in all media.
Looking at the market we found that fact and figures dominated the communication for the segment. Details about blades, knobs and speed where drowning the consumers in films and print. To differ from the competitors, we created an explosive emotional approach that would have the right tasty impact that would stay in the consumers´ minds.
The Youtube campaign as well as the Premium TV Campaign met OBH Nordica’s goals and the creative worked great in both channels. The video completion rate was 84% during the campaign period (compared to 75% that is average).
