Create a logo for the new Disney Hyperion imprint Hyperion Avenue which is named after the location of the original Walt Disney Studio. The imprint will publish a wide range of titles that are media-/pop culture-related for a YA and adult audience.
We wanted to give a nod to the history and forward-thinking of the Disney studio while keeping the look modern. By leaning into the SoCal location and it’s car culture, we formed street lines using the imprint’s initials, H and A, capturing a feeling of moving forward.
A timeless logo that works with all the genres the imprint will publish.
