This project was a self-initiated design in response to the tragic surge in school shootings.
Results
The poster can be read as landscape or portrait orientation. As a landscape the image reads as a 'bang' flag gun, a classic trope used in popular culture. As the poster is turned to the portrait orientation the flag is at half-mast, a symbol of mourning or distress.
