We developed the brochure & other materials on the theme “Step into Greene” which not only sounds cool but helps to identify the location. We carried this theme through the entire Giovanni branding: “Step into Chic” (unique sense of style), “Step into Fun” (the amazing building amenities), “Step into Style” (the stylish residences), & “Step into Life” (your awesome life at the Giovanni). “Step into” is printed on the brochure inside front cover & each turn of the short fold interior pages reveals your next step.
