This project is self-assigned. With words and imagery I wanted to communicate that the threat to the environment concerns all of us on the planet, every life form.

I incorporated the word "our" in the title "Our Environment" to communicate the shared impact on all if the threat to the environment is not abated. I used a singular illustration of a Puffin bird to symbolize the environment. I blended the Puffin illustration into the lower case "u" of the word "our" (all lower case). The challenge was to make sure the entire title read clearly as "our ENVIRONMENT".

The poster colors and proportions work well and our balanced. The grey background creates enough contrast to catch the viewers eye. The integration of text and illustration works well and communicates the message.
